"We own a townhouse that is nearly 50 years old. Several of our neighbors have experienced leaks in their piping. We decided to replace our black iron pressure piping. We decided to contact Repipe Specialists based on recommendations from our neighbors. We were given an appointment with their estimator, Steve. He arrived on time and masked. He inspected our home and documented the work to be done. We went into some detail on the work to be performed, the performance of PEX piping, the timing and the cost of the work. On the first day, the crew came in and opened up the walls to gain access for the re-piping job. The second day, they cut off the water, ran all of the new pipe, made the connections and pressure tested the new piping. Another crew came in later and patched the walls. The work was done on time and on estimate. That was in June 2020. We have just gone through four days of freezing weather. For two and a half of those days we were without electricity. Everything is thawed and we are back up to full water pressure. Absolutely no breaks and no leaks. The piping is perfect."

From the initial meeting with the rep who discussed pricing and what would take place , everything was just as we were told . The first crew that came out to place the new pipe were right on time and placed protective canvass on our floors throughout the rooms and hallways they needed to travel . They cleaned up all materials and even though they had to remove sheetrock dust was minimal . The following day the sheetrock crew came in on time as well . I was amazed how quickly they patched the holes and textured the walls where you could not tell anything had been removed .
